Freeskate, Moves in the Field, and Adult Tests are hosted by The Skating Club of Southern Connecticut throughout the year.
Tests are open to Club members and non-members.
The Test Sessions will be conducted in accordance to rules set forth by United States Figure Skating.
All skaters must be members in good standing with US Figure Skating.
Test applications are submitted electronically and are due two weeks prior to the test session.
Submitting an application is not a guarantee that the Skating Club of Southern Connecticut will be able to schedule you for the test session.
A late fee will be charged for all late applications.
If the session is over subscribed, applications submitted prior to the due date will be accepted in the following order:
Home Club members including Collegiate members, Associate members, and Guests from other clubs.
The test schedule will be e-mailed one week prior to the scheduled test date.
All skaters must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to their scheduled warm-up time. Special testing times cannot be accommodated. Only coaches who are fully compliant with US Figure Skating will be permitted to coach at the test session.
Skaters will be assigned a testing time, only when the application is complete.
If a skater has to scratch for any reason, as a courtesy, please promptly notify the Test Chair.
